I'm a Southern gal who loves life, my husband and our family (which, to date, includes 13 grandchildren). I enjoy being with friends and family. But I also like being alone and thinking up plots for future books. I've published two novels, both mysteries, and I'm working on my third. BLOGGING AGAIN!

In 2005 when I decided I needed a website to publicize my first book, I figured I could do it myself. And I did, but I never liked what I'd created, knew that eventually I'd need to revise it. I don't like technical stuff, so I put off creating another website, probably worked on it off and on for over a year. After my last blog post on February 18th, I vowed I would not blog again until my new site was up and running.

Guess what? My new website is now published! I need to change some things, make it more dynamic, and I'll be revising and adding new stuff off and on, but I like this one much better than the old one. On the "My Books" page, you can click on the covers of my two novels and hear me read part of of the first chapters of Secrets at Spawning Run and Secrets at Sweetwater Cove.
